DreamBeaches Inc. is incorporated in Anguilla, B.W.I.. It is a small, owner managed agency for vacation rentals in the Caribbean with a focus on Sint Maarten and Saint Martin. In addition, DreamBeaches offers Internet marketing and consulting for the hospitality and tourism industry across the region.
Our major strengths are a result of our professional lives:
Tourism and Hospitality: We owned and operated a hotel in the Caribbean and understand very well, what travelers want for a perfect vacation experience.
Communication: We had been for many years in marketing communications, and we know how important smooth information exchange is. We deliver information fast, reliably, and comprehensively.
Our professional background is in computers, too. We operate a set of about 4 websites. Almost anything our clients want to know is made available on our island information websites, and on our vacation rental websites. Our island portal is Sint-Maarten.net . Our vacation rental business is driven by our core website St-Martin-Vacation.com and supplemented by St-Maarten-Rental.com for luxury properties.
Our portfolio includes more than 100 villa rentals, vacation homes, condos, and apartments. A growing number of these properties are listed in our new Rent-by-Owner Rental section for St. Maarten and St. Martin.
As not everybody disposes of high vacation budgets, we also cater for budget oriented travelers. These vacationers will find St-Martin-Vacation.com as the only vacation rental website on St. Maarten/St. Martin to list affordable condos, apartments and studios!
